GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS

Parents play an important role in the academic and personal development of their children. The School encourages active cooperation between parents and teachers to ensure the overall growth and well-being of every student.

  • Parents are welcome to meet the Principal and teachers on working days during school hours with prior appointment coordinated through the class teacher.
  • All communication with the School should mention the student’s full name, class, and section and should be addressed through the class teacher.
  • Parents/Guardians are not permitted to visit classrooms during school hours unless invited by the School authorities.
  • Students should report to school on time and carry all necessary belongings themselves. Delivery of items during school hours is not permitted.
  • Parents should ensure that students do not carry valuable items or mobile phones to school without written permission from the class teacher.
  • Parents are advised to regularly monitor homework, school diary remarks, academic progress, and ensure students carry books according to the timetable.
  • Students should be picked up within 15 minutes after school closing time.
  • Students will not be allowed to leave school early except in emergencies and only with approval from the Principal.
  • Parent Teacher Meetings (PTMs) are conducted regularly, and parents are expected to attend all meetings along with their children in proper school uniform. Report cards will be handed over only to parents/guardians.

GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS

The School follows a disciplined and student-friendly environment focused on academic excellence and holistic development.

  • The School follows a six-day timetable system.
  • Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and punctuality. Minimum 80% attendance is mandatory for each term.
  • In case of absence due to illness or any valid reason, parents must immediately inform the class teacher.
  • Leave applications should be submitted in advance with parent/guardian signature.
  • Students returning after sick leave of more than two consecutive days must submit a medical certificate.
  • Students recovering from contagious or infectious diseases must provide a doctor’s fitness certificate before rejoining classes.
  • Students absent continuously for one month without prior information or permission may be detained.

LATE ARRIVAL & ID CARD RULES

  • Late coming is strictly prohibited. Students arriving late repeatedly may be sent home after written warnings.
  • Students must carry their ID cards at all times while on campus.
  • In case of loss or damage of the ID card, parents should submit a written request for a duplicate card. Applicable charges may apply.

RULES OF CONDUCT

Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect, and responsibility within the school premises.

  • Students are responsible for their personal belongings. The School is not responsible for loss of valuables.
  • Money transactions among students or staff are not permitted.
  • Students must respect school property and maintain cleanliness on campus.
  • Damaging school furniture, walls, books, or any property is strictly prohibited. Any damage caused must be reported immediately and compensated accordingly.
  • Students should use respectful language and maintain proper behavior at all times.
  • Bullying, violence, and misconduct are strictly prohibited.
  • Students are not allowed to leave the school premises during school hours without permission from the Principal.
  • Participation in extracurricular and co-curricular activities is compulsory for all students.
  • Any student found using unfair means during examinations may face suspension or expulsion from the School.
  • Repeated indiscipline, irregular attendance, disobedience, or misconduct may lead to dismissal from the School.

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR STUDENTS

  • Proper school uniform must be worn by all students from Nursery to Class XII.
  • Students must maintain discipline, punctuality, and cleanliness at all times.
  • Appropriate and respectful language should always be used.
  • High standards of behavior and conduct are expected within the school premises.
  • The School reserves the right to suspend or expel students violating the code of conduct.

PROMOTION NORMS

  • School fees must be paid within the prescribed timelines communicated by the School.
  • Fees are charged for ten calendar months.
  • Students with pending dues may not be allowed to appear for examinations.
  • Late payment of fees may attract penalty charges.
  • Incomplete payment will be treated as non-payment and may lead to additional late fee penalties.
  • Continuous delay in fee payment may result in the student’s name being removed from the school rolls.

FEE RULES

WITHDRAWAL RULES

  • Applications for withdrawal and Transfer Certificate (TC) must be submitted in writing by parents/guardians before 30th March.
  • Transfer Certificates will be issued only after clearance of all school dues and submission of a ‘No Dues’ certificate.
  • Applicable charges may apply for issuance of Transfer Certificates.
  • Re-admission cases will require payment of full admission fees again.
  • Transfer Certificates are generally issued within two weeks after completion of all formalities.

TRANSPORT RULES

The School provides transport facilities for the convenience and safety of students.

  • Students should report to designated bus stops on time.
  • Students must carry their ID cards while using school transport.
  • Buses will stop only at designated stoppages and will not wait for latecomers.
  • Students are not allowed to travel on routes other than their assigned route without permission.
  • Parents are requested to contact school authorities directly in case of any transport-related concerns.
  • Transport facilities once opted cannot generally be discontinued during the session without prior notice.
  • Requests for change in transport route are subject to seat availability and route feasibility.
